Returns and Refunds

The product you ordered from us can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase without giving any reason. The following points should be observed for a quick process:

• Return possible up to a maximum of 30 days after purchase
• The shirts are unworn and unwashed. One-time fitting is okay.
• The packaging must not be damaged or torn.
• If the hangtags are cut off, or the shirts have been worn beyond the fitting, you are not entitled to a refund. This is for hygienic reasons.
• Include a packing slip or an invoice.
• Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.

If the returned items have already been paid for, we will promptly credit the corresponding amount. We use the same payment method that was used for the purchase.

If you want to exchange an order, it is easier to place a new order for the replacement product in our webshop. Please contact our customer service first for this.

Are the ordered items in perfect condition?
If only the package is damaged and you want to return something, you can use any packaging of your choice for this.
Has an item been damaged during shipping or is something missing?
In this case, a damage report with DHL is required. Please send us photos of the damaged packaging to info@odaban.de and provide your order number. We will then explain the next steps to you.
