1. Organizer and Responsible Entity for Data Processing
Organizer of the "Schuhpuder Giveaway" is Archifox GmbH & Co. KG (hereinafter referred to as "Archifox").
2. Participation and Winner Selection
Eligible to participate are all persons aged at least 16 years with residence in Germany.
Participation takes place through the described text in the giveaway video.
A prerequisite for participation is owning a TikTok profile.
Participation is possible until 12.10.2023, 11:59 PM.
The following prizes will be raffled:
- 3x1 odaban® foot and shoe powder
The 3 winners will be determined by random drawing.
Each person may only participate once in the giveaway. Participation via automated mass participation procedures by third parties is not permitted. The prize will not be paid out in cash. Archifox reserves the right to exclude participants from the drawing in case of suspected technical manipulation.
Subsequently, the winner will be informed of the prize via direct message. The full contact details (first and last name as well as postal address) must then be sent to Archifox by email at info@odaban.de. If this does not happen within three days, Archifox reserves the right to draw a new winner and reassign the prize. The prize will then be sent by post within Germany to the specified postal address. If the prize cannot be delivered the first time, the claim to the prize expires and Archifox has the right to draw a replacement winner.
Participation is free of charge. The participant only has to bear the costs for the internet connection. Participation is independent of the purchase of products or the ordering of services. Archifox is not liable for the availability of the website https://www.tiktok.com. Archifox is also not liable for any transmission errors.
3. Data Protection
The data of the participants (TikTok name) as well as the name and address data of the winner are used to conduct the giveaway. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 b) GDPR. The data sent by the winners will be deleted four weeks after the submission deadline. Please note that the TikTok names remain visible on the post and are accessible to third parties and TikTok if the post is not deleted by the participants. We only transmit the data to our service providers who help us process the giveaway, such as agencies, shipping companies, IT service providers. Each participant has the right to information about the processing of their personal data, a right to data portability, and, if applicable, rights to deletion, correction, restriction of processing and/or objection to processing, as well as a right to complain to a supervisory authority. 4. Final Provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.
This giveaway is not connected to TikTok in any way and is not sponsored, supported, or organized by TikTok. Participants release TikTok from any liability arising from claims related to the conduct of the giveaway (especially its publication and organization). All questions, comments, or complaints regarding the giveaway should be directed to Archifox and not to TikTok.
